I will pay $3,000 cash to the first person who can sell this property or cause it to be sold, payable as soon as the sale is finalized and sales contracts are all signed in front of an attorney, at that point you get your money. This must be a third party person not the buyer, rather someone acting as an agent.

No flooding here in any of the typhoons... This house has gone through one typhoon in 2005, the only damage was to some of the plants that had leaves stripped off including my avocado tree, which did come back up later. You can see this tree a small 4 foot tree in some of the photos.

ABOUT BUYING IN THE PHILIPPINES
In order to purchase a house in the Philippines it needs to be owned by at least 51% or more by a Filipino. Either have a Filipino Spouse, or find a business partner who can own 60% and you 40%. IF you are married to a Filipina you can have it purchased in her name and you are fine.

50 foot across the front of the house, notice the spiral stairs going to the second level terrace.

A pre-completed shot showing the concrete walls, there is no wood in the construction.

From the top of the hill looking down at the subdivision.

Looking the other way east and behind the house.

This shows the road down the hill in front of the house. this continues out to the guard house and the main road.

Looking South from the second level deck.

This view is looking out from the front right side of the house from the second level deck.

Looking out at the gate and a view of the subdivision form the upper lever to the front.

This view shows the parking area and the front lawn with grass growing.

This is a map as close as I can get and estimate where it is. I believe it is about three to four kilometers from the city of Bogo. The red box is where the house is.

Marianne does not want to loose her green card so she will return here and go ahead and get her citizenship, a much smarter decision I think. Then she is free to do whatever she wants including returning to the Philippines. I suspect soon after she gets her citizenship we will return and buy possibly in Cebu City area or it could be somewhere else like Bohol, who know yet. Right now we will see how it goes here.

Hey Michael how are you doing? We just arrived home about 4 weeks ago from the Philippines. Jhoannas sons visas were approved about 3 months quicker than we expected so we made a rushed trip to get them and see family. I will post some pics soon.
Wow you are selling your place huh? Are you building or buying another property there? This is such a nice place and I cant imagine you are wanting to sell it. Boy if I had the cash I would buy it in a heartbeat! Take care my friend!!!!!
